On New Year’s Eve, they celebrate very elegant but also with a good sip of cava. Restaurants, hotels and clubs interrupt their winter break for this great celebration. It is strongly recommended to make a reservation, ideally a few weeks in advance. Mostly the gastronomy offers a special New Year’s Eve menu, the prices are between 70,00€ and 150,00€. The last minutes are celebrated in the crowded streets and squares of Palma, with every bells bells ringing, a grape is shoved into your mouth and you wish for something.
