From Monday the 16.03.2020 the public life on Mallorca and in Spain will be shut down. The government decided the
State of emergency. Freedom of movement will be severely restricted from Monday, 8 a.m. onwards, and leisure activities are also prohibited. The situation in Mallorca is, as far as the spread of the virus is concerned, quite relaxed and orderly, but the situation on the mainland and the related legal decisions have an impact on Mallorca as well.
All bookings up to and including 31 March 2020 are hereby cancelled. We will contact you and work on a very fair cancellation solution.
Guests with bookings after 1st April 2020 are asked to wait until the end of next week so that we can assess the situation together with the authorities and make a decision.
Due to the exceptional situation, we ask for a little patience with the processing time of your requests.
Guests who are already staying in Mallorca will be informed about the further procedure and all measures directly on site by telephone.
